One issue is the £5 parking charge on check-out! The system will not let you complete the check-out process until you make the payment. Irrespective if you have paid parking in advance to check-in (HGV parking account with SNAP).」
「This hotel is just lovely. Beautifully decorated and the grounds are gorgeous. The bed was so comfy. Our bedroom and bathroom were huge and felt luxurious. Food in the restaurant was delicious for both dinner and breakfast. My only small gripe was that we did not have any openable windows in our room so it would have been nice to have aircon or at least a fan as it got a bit warm and it wasn't even that warm outside」

「My family of four stayed in a two bedroom apartment for a week.
We had a great time as the apartment was so comfortable.
It seemed to be newly renovated. The kitchen, toilets, shower booth, bedrooms, everything was clean. The living space is spacious so my friends who visited us also had a great impression.
The staff were also very kind.
We would love to stay here again when we visit London.

「A new modern and really well appointed hotel. We stayed in a ground floor room and it was very spacious. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting London. Tube station 2 minutes walk away. Excellent !!」
