"Have stayed here a few times and the rooms are becoming to look a bit tired. Bathroom needed a good clean or a refresh. Had good black out curtains which allowed me a good sleep. reception and bar area look amazing when you first walk in but the rooms need a refresh"

"We had a delightful visit in London this past weekend. The weather was beautiful and our accommodations made our trip even nicer. It was quiet,clean and comfortable. I would like to mention one staff member who was exceptional.Her name was Roxanne and I believe she is a manager there.She was helpful,kind and went out of her way to provide exceptional service. "Easy to find. Free to park. Hotel itself is very tired. Room very warm, couldn't turn the radiator off. There was glass in my drink from the bar which i mistook as ice, compensated with a bottle of water! Luckily no harm done. Continetal breakfast quite poor, but didnt starve! Could upgrade to cooked breakfast for £5 but can't vouch for the quality. Expensive for what it was, however great location for Wembley. Did the job!"
