「Been several years since I last stayed here. It is in a beautiful rural hamlet only 20 mins from Welwyn Garden City. It is a very quaint place to stay that is dog friendly. The staff are also great. I didn’t realise the bar closed at 8pm on a Monday and the menu was very limited for me as a gluten free diner. I had to have dinner between 6 and 7 ish. 「Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. We stayed after the slamdunk festival. No issues with late check in, lots of parking, very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Sorted out an issue with Expedia not sending through confirmation I’d paid with them promptly and without fuss. Highly recommended, will definitely book for SlamDunk 2027.」

「ロンドンより北に電車で約２０分程度移動した場所で、ロンドン市内よりもホテル代は格安で設備も特に不満は有りませんでした。周辺はバスターミナルと電車の駅を中心とした町のため、夜の７時を過ぎるとお店も締まり、開いているのはバーのみとなります。仕事でこの町を使う機会が多く、コストパフォーマンスはそこそこだと思います。また、LUTON空港へのバスで移動できますので、LCCでロンドンに入る際に使うと便利です。」

「Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome.
