"Great hotel in buckhead for the money"

"I'm really torn as to what rating to give the property. The staff were great. The restaurant was good too! But when I pulled back my sheets an awful mess was all over them. I called housekeeping, and the manager on duty came to room and was horrified by what was in my bed. I don't normally pull back the blanket the way I did but I'm so grateful that I did. The manager immediately had people come and remake the beds. But it's hard to unsee. Also housekeeping wasn't good at refilling the coffee or replacing used towels. So the location is great, the people are great, but that left a negative impression. "

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. **The Highlights:** * **Exceptional Service:** The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the valet team—they were super helpful and made retrieving our car at the end of our stay a total breeze. * **Spacious & Comfortable Rooms:** Our room featured two queen beds and was spotlessly clean. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. * **Impressive Bathroom:** The bathroom was huge! I especially loved the ample counter space, which made getting ready so much easier. * **Prime Location:** You couldn't ask for a better spot. The hotel is very central and puts you right in the middle of everything Savannah has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city!"

"Little things were off. The desk clerk wasn’t friendly on check in, and was on a personal call when we checked out. In an empty bar, the bartender was on her phone much of the time. The entry doors to the hotel from the parking lot were blocked off which meant we had to drag luggage around to the front of the hotel. The shower faucet couldn’t be adjusted to hot because the shampoo dispenser was installed in the way. The television channels didn’t include the Master’s golf tournament. All small things. "

"This the second time I stayed at a hotel in Atlanta where some random person tried to either come into my room or knocking on my door in the middle of the night. Irritating. "

"We were very impressed with Hotel Indigo. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. It was a good size and there was excellent water pressure in the shower. Our only complaint would be that the air conditioner was noisy. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. There were great amenities including free coffee in the morning and a complimentary drink at the bar, along with complimentary bottles of water. Great price for the location, it was right in the center of downtown, making it easy to walk everywhere. Onsite parking was also great!"
