Almost everything was great. The carpets either need cleaned or replaced. A few oddities here and there in the property like the closet was lopsided. No issues with cleanliness. The staff were great. One member was good but very nonchalant. I’d stay again. Not perfect but not bad.

The lobby and food were great—freshly remodeled, nicely decorated, and the food was delicious. The room itself was also well put together and inviting. The staff was accommodating, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My only concern was the cleanliness. The pillowcases had visible stains, the shower wasn’t very clean, and there were stains around the toilet area. The couch in the room also had noticeable stains. I didn’t report it at the time because I was extremely tired and only stayed briefly—Got there at 10pm ish and I had a surgery around 5 a.m. and needed to leave by 4 a.m.
