「とても便利なところにあり、リーゾナブルなホテルです。ハウスキーピングに漏れなどがあったのが少し気になりました。」

「荷物も自分で運んだしチェックイン以外、殆どスタッフと関わる事がなかった中で唯一朝食のビュッフェで女性に英語で「どれくらい取る？」と聞かれて聞き取れず検討違いの答えをしてしまったら呆れた顔をされて笑われました。 部屋は綺麗でしたがお風呂の床がヌルついていたし、ちょっと残念でした。」

「Shower had hair on wall tile thats a problem convenient store items were not fresh nor fully stocked items also are placed behind desk not smart idea. Entering the door the check in sign is not visible. The bartender Ebony was knowledgable made recommendations for healthy food choices. I did ask her about the rooms and she had not seen them? Thats ridiculous, this is not 1960, it's a bit classist and not smart. She was at the front, thats point of contact and her job is to be friendly....

「Overall it's a very nice historic hotel. Beautiful on the inside and breakfast was delicious. My only issue with it was the way the balcony was advertised. I was under the impression that everyone had access to the shared balcony space, but this wasn't the case. Only certain rooms on the 2nd floor did and we were put on the top floor, the 4th floor. When selecting the room from Expedia, it should have made it clear the rooms with access to the balcony and the rooms without access. Not sure how...

「家族で1泊しました。 14時と早く到着してしまったにも関わらず嫌な顔せず客室が準備できているとチェックインさせてもらえました。 バレーパーキングの男性もとても気さくで素敵な対応をしてくれたと思います。 備え付けの電子レンジは弱く通常1分加熱のものは1分半必要でした。 電気ポットはなく、コーヒーメーカーはありましたが水もなく持参していた水を使用しました。 食器というのも電子レンジのなかに紙皿、ディスポーザブルのスプーン、ナイフ、フォークが2セットずつでした。 トイレ、バスは別でドライヤーは音の割にはパワーが感じられませんでした。 1番家族で残念だったことはお風呂です。 歩き疲れた為、シャワー後湯船に浸かりたかったけれど排水が悪すぎて無理でした。 朝食はコロナ対策で1人につき紙袋に入ったものを受けとりました。 紙袋のなかは、バナナ、バナナマフィン、シリアルバー2本でした。 ドリンクもなく、子供たちは持参したもの私達はコーヒーを飲みました。 観光スポットは歩いていける範囲内ではないかと思います。 エントランスには豊富なガイドマップがありました。 」

「The room is comfortable and the beds too. It’s quite near to the Aquarium, Coca Cola and to the olympic Park. I enjoyed the visit. Parking is not included and I think it‘s to expensive. The Hotel is really good, but if I think about the price it has to be very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.」

「The hotel was nicely updated and clean. The breakfast was very good as well. Only issue is one elevator was down and the other one was having problems so we had long waits and had to use the stairs a couple times. We decided to do the valet parking which was 45 a night thinking it’d be a little safer to use their garage- turns out they use the public parking across the street which is only 20 a day. 」
