"I wish there was more honest communication about the additional fees. As someone who has low funds and picked a cheap hotel due to it, imagine my surprise when it was 20 dollars for parking alone and the pet fee was the same price as my reservation. I looked and looked on this link and I didn’t see any information. A notice of additional 95 dollars in fees would’ve been nice. I was notified on the pet fee the same day I left for ATL and I found out the parking a few days prior, if I knew I wouldn't have went to this hotel. "

"This was the worst stay I had ever had anywhere. There were menacing people sitting outside the rooms and there were multiple fights in the middle of the night both outside my room and in the room next to me. It was scary."

"I was there for a funeral and waisted $300! The soap in the bathroom was used and the towel the person used was still sitting on the sink. Which obviously meant the bathroom was not clean. I had to find somewhere else to sleep, and inconvenience someone else for the duration of my stay in Atlanta, to not even be offered half of my money back, unbelievable."
