"There are several spaces for the airport shuttle to be outside the Atlanta airport. We found it very confusing at the end of a very long day and late at night. Since Quality Inn has several hotels in the area, accordingly there were several shuttles running. It was hard to find the shuttle we wanted. They should be clearly identified where they are going, with the address of the hotel clearly visible. I ended up going to the wrong location and ended up taking Uber to the right hotel. I suggest Quality Inn and all the other hotels work with the Airport Authority to streamline the shuttle pickup area. I would currently rate that area a 2 on a scale of 10."
