"My room had a noticeable mildew odor in both the bedroom and bathroom areas. Upon looking around, I observed large stains throughout the carpet, which likely contributed to the smell. The room overall appeared outdated and not well maintained. The carpet throughout the building should either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience. Removing carpet altogether may be a better long-term solution if proper upkeep cannot be maintained. Aside from these concerns, I did not experience any other major issues. However, considering the nightly rate, I would expect the rooms to be in much better condition. While the exterior of the property is well maintained with clean grounds and nicely manicured landscaping, the interior does not reflect that same level of care or investment."

"Older facility, but our room was clean. The a/c wasn't as strong as we would have liked and we kept it turned all the way, all night long, in order to sleep. Decent breakfast"

"We stayed after heading back home from vacation (FL-MN). The friendly front desk staff was able to get us a last minute reasonably priced room which was clean and gave us a good night's rest. Only complaint was the bed felt like I was sleeping on cement but that's just prolly my pickiness in preferring a softer mattress lol! "

"What is the need for a $40 CASH deposit in case you smoke. Then housekeeping has to inspect the room before you get it back. Room is not well maintained. Bath sealer used a lot. Fix it right. Ice machine inoperative. "

"Amenities were nonexistent. Upon check in I was informed only 5 of their rooms had a working TV and they had all been sold out. Then I was informed that it would cost me an extra $3.00 for WIFI. I paid it but it was so slow, I couldn't even download Yahoo to check my mail. I was apparently to far away from the source. At check in I was informed I could not get a refund from the desk it would have to come from Expedia . We all know how that goes. I got into the silent room, at least I had phone service. I sat up "relaxing" while keeping my eye on my truck's load (shady neighborhood). Although, no one attempted to steal anything, it was time to go after I killed the eighth cockroach. ZI the night attendant was the only bright side to this abondimation. "
