「The rooms carpet was sticky and dirty. The bathroom door looked as though it had been kicked in and the word part was the bed bug. My daughter and I were so disgusted. When I asked for a refund due to the awful experience they refused even though we hadn’t been inside the room for 10min. Then I was sent a message from you saying that you were giving me a $60 refund which is nowhere near the $410 I paid the property.」

「clean room, friendly staff, great location!」

「The bed was horrible the water wouldn't get hot. My wife has to walk with a walker and they put us in the last room on the floor. That's why we left a day earlier.」

「I liked the price and the great location. Hotel is a block away from the beach and downtown Typee Island, with shops and restaurants all within a walking distance.」
