Only complaint Microtel should remove the alarm clocks from the rooms they go off in the middle of the night and it's nearly impossible to figure out how to shut it off, I think the person in the next ended up smashing it. "I booked a Deluxe room with two beds for three people... but the sheets were very stiff, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. There were towels for only one person, and the shampoo and soap were far too miniature—barely enough for a single person. As for the coffee maker, there was no outlet on the table to plug it into, and there were supplies to make only one cup of coffee. The refrigerator NEVER cooled down the bottles of water and juice I had purchased. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very friendly."
