「スタッフの方々の対応が、常ににこやかでとても良かった」

「The breakfast menu was great. I did request a king size bed for my husband and myself but we received double beds. I didn’t want to to complain so I just accepted what was given. 」

「We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!! The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!」

「The air conditioner was great but could not get the tv to work. We were both afraid of the door to join the rooms.」

「I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.」

「Naomi is very kind and hospitable, a wonderful host. It’s an old house that’s been renovated, has a an old time classic feel, very comfortable.」

「Rooms were clean. Laundry was broke so we had to go to a laundry mat. Pool was closed so we couldn't enjoy that. Building was undergoing a partial remodel. Overall i wish i would have booked somewhere else or wished the website stated they were having issues so i could book elsewhere. Overall I am highly disappointed.」

「Sink kept backing up. Computer went down and couldn’t get room keys. Free breakfast is sub standard.」

「Room very out dated smells musty roaches on counter Sunday morning was found. Friday and sat night room had been open by someone tv was turned on and microwave was open. Not at all a good hotel 」

「The hotel was nice the problem is they didn’t let us know the pool wasn’t open until we got there and that was our reason for getting that hotel… I believe we should have gotten a discount 」

「The staff was all so friendly and welcoming. The facility and room was super clean. We had a studio room and there was everything we could have needed and more available. If you needed an extended stay with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「There was a wet musty smell in the hallway. Smelled as if the carpet was wet and wasnt dried properly. 」

「This property is a hidden gem. The outer appearance is appealing which leads you to the well-maintained inside. There was plenty of room for our guests and the hosts were very responsive and courteous. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. 」
