"The rooms are very clean except it smell urine when I opened up the closet and we didn't use it. Even the carpet it smells the same like urine. It will be nice to have good breakfast. I ask the housekeeper for towels and toilet paper the day before our check out day but we never got them. Probably of the miscommunication because he was using his cell phone to translate.
