「The room was really clean but all of the staff here were very rude. We waited forever to check in as no one is ever at the desk. We stayed from fri-sat and our room did not get cleaned one time. We asked what to do with our trash and they literally said to take it outside to the dumpster? The rooms are suites but they provide NOTHING no pots or pans or soap or papetowrls or trash bags. We set our trash cans outside of our room and when we got back it was gone... so then for the next 2 days we...

「We had a nice stay but the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. The shower hadn't been turned off completely so there was water in the floor with hair in it. There was mold around the bottom of the shower. We found a large "dust bunny" made if hair and dust and dust in the bedroom floor as well. The bed was good, the kitchen was all we needed and the living area was ok. It just needs a good, thorough cleaning and paint touch up to make it better.」

「ビーチにも近く、部屋も広いコンドミニアムホテルでした。部屋に洗濯機、乾燥機が付いていたので洗濯するのが楽でした。自転車の貸出がホテルフロントで出来たのも良かったです。各階に喫煙スペースがあります。 ただフロントデスクが9:00－17:00までなので、この時間外のチェックインについてはホテルに設置されている電話を利用してセキュリティボックスを開ける暗証番号を聞いて、自分でその暗証番号を用いてセキュリティボックスを開きルームキーを入手する必要があります。英語に自信のある方なら問題ないと思いますが、自身のない方はフロントデスクがOpenしている時間にチェックインすることをお勧めします。ただフロントデスクのOpen時間は9:00－17:00となっていますが、この時間は正確ではないようなので注意が必要です。」
