Staff (minimal as it is) was very polite and helpful. Overall, the facility was nice, quite industrial, practical. The noises of the city were quite aggravating -- waste bins banging against each other (by people or trucks) were annoying; the screaming motorcycles were way too much. Several cars were also very noisy but nothing close to the motorcycles. The walk to our "apartment" was excessive -- especially when you have to load your own cart and push it all to the room. We aren't likely to return.

We enjoyed one night we stayed at the hotel, check in was easy and we appreciated the help to get a room in quiet location. Room was clean, cozy, have a separate living room with kitchen and a bedroom, comfortable bed and a couch, decor We definitely will be back Walkable to everything in downtown ( 5-15 minutes)even so location near bus stop we feel Safe walking, however I would not recommend to park nice car outside on the street We used valet parking 50$
