It is perfectly located to any historic downtown or river street activities, shopping, restaurants-specifically if you are walking. The decor is very nice and the building is secure. There can be alleyway noise and noted that the best way to lock the door when leaving is to use the thumb turn/switch on the door knob.

Great property, you're right downtown, so be ready for savannah parking. There's a parking deck just a couple of streets down, so it's workable. Right on top of two great restaurants so that was a plus for me.

Excellent stay. Location is perfect for walking to everything in downtown Savannah. Room was spacious, charming, and well-kept. Would definitely recommend.

The room I stayed in with my family was a 2-bedroom. The suite was huge with lots of space and privacy and it was really well designed with modern furnishings too. It was really clean too which can sometimes be questionable at these loft-style places! I can see why it would be a great stay for a wedding party or families with kids who want to have a longer term stay that’s not fussy and I found it to be much more relaxed and affordable than a regular hotel stay. Especially in the core area. The Grant is truly a hidden gem (I won’t gatekeep) right in the heart of the historic district of Savannah. The location and walkability is truly amazing with access to all the restaurants and cafes. I will stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah especially if you are looking for convenience. It had all the things in it like laundry, iron, kitchen, stove to make us feel at home, but had the premium feel of a hotel too with the bed, towels and bath products. A perfect hybrid if you want both. Overall, my favorite spot in Savannah and my family and we will be staying there again when we go back!

Room was absolutely perfect. Very beautiful and rustic. Absolutely no complaints with the property. For future residents, I'll warn, it seems to be a trend for the locals to drag race and blast obnoxious music up and down the street until 4 a.m. Nothing against the property. Next time, I'll book with Black Swan a few few blocks off the historic downtown street. Everything is very walkable. Superb area.

The unit was clean, in a great location and easily accessed. Communication with staff was great. They were quickly responsive. The only thing we didn’t factor in was parking. There is a public garage parking nearby and metered street parking if available, but we had no issues using the garage. The kitchen was stocked with most needed items and appliances. There are lots of good restaurants downstairs and within walking distance.

Loved the stay. The unit was super clean and just beautiful. The location was perfect. absolutely. The only complaint is that the electronic door lock was very difficult to lock. unlocked just fine.
