「This property should be shut down by the health department. It is disgusting! The guests seem mostly welfare recipients and or othewise homeless,or living a week to week existence, at the lower levels of society, but they should not have to live like this. Management allows block parties to occure nightly, til 4 am. with out consideration for other guests.
