"45 minutes prior to arriving, the property owner informed me that VRBO double booked the property and that the other family had shown up before us. I contacted VRBO, that was a lie. The owner placed us in the lesser property he had available but charged us the same price as the higher quality property we had paid for a month in advance. Apparently he rented out the property we had originally paid for to a large group throwing a party. 20 plus cars lined the driveway, all the way down to our lot....
