Staff was great, room was nice, tv channels were only ok. We loved the location, it was walking distance to great restaurants & bars. Overall a very good experience.
Perhaps one of the most efficient rooms I’ve stayed in while away on travels. Some tips that may help that I wish I saw when I was doing my search:
Parking: Onsite at $45/day. Take your ticket to reception to get in-and-out privileges. Otherwise it expires when you leave and you pay on every entry.
Incidental is $50 per day
Property is very central and close to almost everything you’ll likely do in Atlanta.
Hotel staff is pretty easy to speak with and isn’t super bureaucratic making assistance seamless if the need arises.
The parking is the biggest problem because it comes with a hefty price tag. Other than that it’s a great place to stay in a very nice area. Hotel and bar staff were great?
We love that the hotel is right across from the Fox theater. We were able to walk to watch beauty and the beast and then walk right back to the hotel at the end of the night. It was very clean and employees were very helpful. The restaurant on site was also good.
Noticed a lot of repeat guests, which is a good sign. There is a nightly $45 parking charge and if something is going on at the Fox the parking deck gets busy. Overall a nice stay. Would visit again.
Everyone was so friendly! Room clean! View of the Fox was super cool! Will definitely stay here again
Breakfast options not great, but plenty of coffee shops and places to get brunch close by.
The location is perfect for accesss to downtown Atlanta and Emory University Midtown. We stay at Element whenever my aunt has an appointment at Emory; however, this last visit wasn't as pleasant as previously check-ins. The young lady at the front desk wasn't helpful during our initial arrival at 12. We returned at 3 and our room still wasn't ready so we left and had dinner. When we returned at 430ish there was a new lady on the desk who checked us in and apologized for the previous lady earlier in the day.
