I booked my stay through Expedia. I called a week before to ask for conjoining rooms. The agent at the hotel was able to put it in and said I will have conjoining rooms. When l get there I alga e my name they charged me for one room when I paired for 2. The girl at the front desk had a nasty attitude looks like she hates her job. She told me well call Expedia beacuse I only have one room etc. I called and and Expedia called the problem was fixed but they didn’t have my room connected not even the same floor. Soon as we get to the first room the door to the bathroom is broken. The second room as soon as I walked in it smelled like fish, the beds and the sofa has stains on it, the floors are filthy, Bathroom shower head has mold on it tub was dirty. When I asked to speak to the manger conviently there was no manger on duty. Customer service sucks. They need to do better.

The supervisor busted in the room on us ... Almost hit my brother in face without knocking . Was very rude and saying our room was torn up because waiting on housekeeping to remove trash and they come every other day then said something bout us having to guest when we were in a suite with a living room and bedroom area . Was very rude hung up in my face ... Housekeeping even said nothing was wrong with our room .... I asked for corporate number they said they didn't know it.

The young lady at check in was terrific, attitude was great, but the lady in the kitch has a very nasty attitude, the house keep sreals..she tried to hid my daughter's minnie mouse that she got in her easter basket insted of her returing it after she cleaned she hid it on her cart locked in a clost and the young man who works there helped use find it sad to take from a child....and we were down stair and she walke by us multiple times thats y she didnt take it right then and there....bring ur own cups and plenty of bottle water bc a bottle here is 3.00 and something....as far as the room i give them a 1.5 rating...imma post pic on google so u can see for your self why over all i will not be staying here again...them four days were hell...
