"Room had a great view and hotel very well located. So close to the aquarium, World of Coca Cola and Centennial Park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were good. Breakfast was awful - limited options and cold. Would recommend going elsewhere for breakfast but good for everything else…especially location."

"The room was great……. Staff wasn’t as kind as they should have been……. And for the price housekeeping was only by request 😡 but staff attitude @ least the ones I encountered were dismissive & short. Asa was bellman did not want to assist with bags second shift front desk personnel was short. So that took away from experience but valet staff was very accommodating & I didn’t even check a car. But hotel was beautiful 10/10 staff unfortunately was 4/10 location was 9/10"
