清潔な客室だった

Everyone was very friendly and the room was nice but everything else was just bad! Not unlivable but not what I expected for a $500 a night hotel. Restaurant claims to be southern but not one thing on the menus is southern and talk about expensive! Drinks, I ordered a Double Woodford Reserve near, she comes back 20 minutes later with Woodford Rye and says that’s ok right! No it’s not. The food was mediocre at best. They only have one restaurant and no sports bar ? You are directly across the street from the biggest sports venue in town! Talk about missed opportunities The room; would have been ok but the pillows are very soft no support at all might as well not had any, made for very uncomfortable night. We turned on the light for maid service and left for the day when we returned after 5 still no service but there was a maids cart in the hallway so we had hope. 2 hours later cart was gone and all hopes were dashed! we only needed towels and coffee so called the front desk and someone showed up within 20 minutes with just that. I expect more out of a “high end” hotel but really the only thing high end is the price! Won’t stay there again
