"Breakfast was great. Did not like having to pay $30 a day to park. "

"The desk staff was soo nice, helpful and had a smile each time we had a question. We stayed for a Savannah Banana baseball game, the desk staff told us it was walking distance and the best places to eat in Truist Park. The next morning we had the Breakfast. It was by far the freshest, cleanest and organized buffet. They had 3 staff manning the buffet. Nothing ran out and everything was clean, tables included. The biscuit and gravy was amazing! All 3 staff had smiles as they ran around and interacted with the guests. We did have to get a couple of extra towels and the gentleman glady ran i got them for us. There is a Starbucks inside!!! A huge win for my girls. We had a great stay and will highly recommend!"

"Picked this place because it was close to the baseball stadium. The close proximity was 10/10. The room did not have a microwave which was major inconvenience. Also the mini fridge did not work and leaked. "

"I arrived on property I expected to be greeted a little better than I was. I got checked in made it to the room and looked around and the charging station on the nightstand wasn’t secured and upright, on the wall near the wall sockets the Sheetrock was pushed back showing the inside of the wall. Also the bath had rust in areas and in some areas on the wall there were bad patch work and just painted over. All of these things are cosmetic but for the price I paid for two days things should have been top notch. It’s highly unlikely that I’ll be staying at this hotel again."

"Lobby was inviting and everything was clean. The room was large and quiet. The bed was little softer than we liked but that personal preference. Very close to Truist Park, shopping, and restaurants. The breakfast and coffee were fantastic. "

"Room services and valet parking were outrageously expensive. Otherwise a lovely hotel."
