"I was told there were no clean rooms when I tried to check in at 2:00 pm, but was told I would be placed “in the queue” and notified when my room became available. I never received notification that my room was ready. When I arrived back to the hotel at 10:00 pm, I was told that the room I reserved was no longer available and my party of 3 adults was given a room with one king bed. The front desk attendant couldn’t have cared less and offered no solutions or refund, even though the 2 bed room cost more than the one King bed room. She even confirmed that she saw my earlier check in and the price I paid for the more expensive room. Highly disappointed in this experience and complete lack of customer service."
