Much, much better than expected! Never have I said this about any hotel reservation! Especially one in this price point. We had a very spacious king suite and a 2 queen bed suite. King suite was my accommodation and I had so much space to work, relax and get ready. Hard to find hotel down a road not quite noticed on my gps nor is signage the best, upon driving up it’s very unassuming… however the rooms are amazing! No restaurant but no problem just be aware Full size fridge and kitchenette Highly recommend

Clean, comfortable, charmless

This is the UHaul truck of hotels. It's affordable, very functional, but completely no frills. Amenities are a small self-service "shop" with a limited selection of soda, snacks, and HBA. The upside is that is was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has a "French Kitchen" with a small cooktop, fridge, microwave and dishwasher which could be useful for an extended stay. The downside is that it is totally devoid of any charm or human warmth. Also, the internet was very sporadic. As I said, if you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep for a decent price, this is your place. If you're looking for a place to "stay," I'd go a click or two up on the amenities. Also, as an adult man, I felt a little uneasy walking in the neighborhood - to the extent you can walk anywhere in this part of Atlanta. I don't know if I would want my wife or kids walking around the hotel, particularly in the evening.
Good idea: outdoor space with picnic tables and gas grills for guest use. Less good idea: putting it in the middle of the parking lot so you have to walk from lobby.

Ballgame weekend

In town for Philly vs Atlanta game. 4 th trip. Best by $ , comfort, location to field .. Of course it’s not the Westin.. but we learned this is what we need and we will stay there again.. They gave us a connection for a ride back and forth to the game .. extra time at the Battery! Awesome service!

I’m not pleased because I booked this hotel precisely because they included ev charging among their amenities. I paid extra over other hotels because I needed this. When I arrived, I found that none of them worked. This is a very important feature for those of us who have EVs. Please don’t advertise it if you don’t have it or it doesn’t work. Very disappointed.

Not a good experience! Nothing at the hotel was complimentary not even a cup of water. You even had to pay for the coffee you made downstairs. Refrigerator didn’t work and I couldn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water. Probably won’t be booking again.

I didn’t really want to give a bad review. Staff was super nice and the room was awesome. I just have one thing that really made it miserable. Our AC in the room did not work. The first night we went down to the desk and asked if someone could come look at it and they said maintenance will be right up. He never came. I am someone that can’t absolutely sleep in the heat! We ended up having to ask the next day two more times for them to look at it. It did finally got fixed, but that first night and half was miserable.

I highly disapprove and do not recommend this hotel! On 11/21/24,when I arrived to check in at this hotel, which was a little after 9pm, the room I booked was not available. I did not receive a call nor email from the hotel and Expedia with this change. I drove several hours to get there. I wasn't informed until after I checked in, paid, and went into my room. There was only one bed. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, as there were three guests, including myself.The receptionist lied, stating that the hotel didn't even offer rooms with double beds, when clearly their website shows rooms with double beds.She also stated that Exepedia booking site makes errors all the time reagarding booking at their facility and availability. I informed her that Ive never encountered an issue like this through any third party booking site and canceled my reservation, as unable to accomodate us, requested full refund. I spoke to the manager and she stated her staff gave my room to another guest. The receptionist then confirmed that this was the problem after she lied repeatedly. Why even check me in and take my money? Please dont stay at this hotel. They're very dishonest and who knkws what else. For all third-party booking sites, please dont do business with them.

The hotel and staff were above my expectations. The front desk Mr. Allen went above and beyond to locate a few left behind items after we checked out. He returned my call to inform me that he had them we were less than 12 miles away and went back for them. Allen was so polite.
