"Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration for other guests from parents, there was an intolerable amount of noisy children who were treating the onsen as a swimming pool. "

The room was spacious and clean, and the private baths were a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area."
