Located near the bus stop which was very convenient and the food was great. However, the public bath is not super clean.

Supreme onsen stay

Excellent stay. Beautiful room with beautiful scenery. Meals were superb - absolutely meticulously prepared and presented. Baths were great too.

This was my first experience at at ryokan, and the inn is one I would gladly visit again. Great staff, comfortable beddings, fantastic exteriors, and amazing spa facilities (both public and private). It's a bit of a walk from the main town, though.

Very relaxing stay. Room was lovely, homely and comfy. Food fantastic, apart from raw horsemeat that was served which wasn't for me. Onsen was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from the bus from Hakata. It's the first ryokan down the hill from the bus stop. There's no sign in English outside but google translate confirmed we were at right place.

This place was amazing! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the manager said hello to everyone at breakfast. The food was overwhelming in a good way. The room was beautiful with a fish pond outside the porch.

Absolutely beautiful place. Make sure to stay two nights as the Kaiseki dinner on night two is incredible (true for most onsen resorts).

I was shocked how pretty our room was. The Japanese garden with a pond hearing the sound of river. There were two chairs on the balcony and we could sit there to enjoy the view. The foods, breakfast and dinner were excellent. The private hot spring and inside and outside hot springs were superb (yes, I tried all the hot springs the hotel has offered.) Definitely the money for the stay was well spent and we will come back to this place again. I am extremely impressed how the staff were friendly and trained well. If you know “Omotenashi”, the hotel offered all. Thank you so much for the excellent experience!!

Room 116 smelled like mold

Room 116 had a moldy smell. Water stains were visible on wall. I asked to change rooms and they allowed a change to the second floor. I don't think they should be utilizing that room at all with that strong smell of mold. The second room had no such smell.

위치 좋고, 생각했던 료칸의 느낌을 갖춘 숙소입니다. 직원분들 놀라울 정도로 친절하셨어요. 가족여행이라 7명이 방문했어요. 정말,,, 웬만한 건 다 좋았으나 석식 가이세키와 조식이 입에 안 맞았습니다,,, 7명 대부분이 거의 남겼어요.. 한국인 입맛에만 안 맞는걸까요? 그리고 방에서 바선생을 봤어요. 굉장히 큰.. 그럼에도 불구하고! 방에서 본 뷰가 너무 예쁘고, 침구가 폭삭해서 잠이 잘 왔기때문에 별점 3점 드립니다. 음식말고는 정말정말 좋았습니다! 특히 친절하신 직원분들 감사했습니다:)

抵達時，新館正在整修，外觀用黑色布幕遮蓋起來，看起來不是很美觀，但不影響室內看出去的景色。櫃檯人員說飯店為了表示歉意，有贈送一些飲品，很貼心。這間飯店我最喜歡的就是房間內有一個簷廊，可以坐在專屬自己的小陽台觀看日式庭園，聽著水流聲看著綠色樹木，非常愜意；感到不滿意的事情是，房內的廁所在門口的正對面，離室內較遠，也沒有淋浴室，對於不方便泡溫泉的人來說，不是那麼方便，而溫泉池那邊如果要放置物品，有鎖的置物櫃還要自費100日幣才能使用，實在無法理解，明明已經在這邊住宿，為什麼還要自費付置物櫃的錢呢？訂的方案是一泊二食，晚餐的懷石料理部分餐點覺得還好，份量充足，但感覺不太具備在地特色，牛肉蠻油的，早餐部分比較符合我的胃口，沒有出現衝擊味蕾的食物。黑川溫泉這一段時間有辦理夜晚手持花火的活動，飯店也有舉辦，但晚上7:30到大門口時，即使時間還沒結束，也一個人都沒有，玩起煙花非常空虛，讓人感覺飯店沒有用心在辦理活動，頗為失望！

시설이 오래되어 전반적으로 방에서 묵은 냄새가 나는 부분은 어쩔 수 없습니다. 남성 노천탕은 가족탕으로 가는 길에서 조금만 자세히 보면 들여다 보이는 구조입니다. (밝을 때 가 보니 잘 보임) 어린 자녀가 있다면 약간 신경을 쓰면 좋을 것 같습니다. 식사는 평범했습니다.

有驚喜

旅館位置很好，近巴士站，在整個温泉酒店區的開端，上下路散步也方便。酒店前台有位廣東人，幫忙打電話訂回去福崗的巴士票，非常感謝！酒店翻新過，房內和公共地方氣氛很寧靜優雅，露天溫泉水溫好熱，早晚去剛剛好，是古祖風但非常乾淨，很多人只去了下路的旅館街，沒有去上路旅遊中心那條街道，那裏很多店也有很漂亮的旅館。
