The morning we checked out, the power went out twice, so the elevators did not work, and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs from the 4th floor."

"The parking lot was completely full due to a baseball game. Despite our reservation 3 weeks in advance we were told there was no spots for our vehicle and were instructed to park in an industrial area a block away with no sidewalk along a busy road. We also had (and confirmed with other guests) absolutely no hot water for our room. No showers, only cold water in the faucet as well."
