"Check in took over an hour and there was only one employee checking people in T 4pm on a sold old night with a line of 50 plus people. Valet parking is the only option and took forever at check in. Checkout was fine. Location is top notch. I would stay here again."

O.K., Except for Parking
"Everything was fine, except for the valet parking. Valet parking was the only option for parking. They did not have enough valets working when we arrived or when we departed. (The valets were diligently working, my complaint is not with them.) A service like that is supposed to be a convenience, ..."
