Staff was amazing and highly recommend to individuals who enjoy quality when traveling.
In all of my years of hospitality stays, I would rank the staff at the Hotel Phoenix as the very best! The rooms are also some of the very best as well with a very refined attention to detail at every level. This property is definitely one I would stay at again.
This hotel was clean and luxurious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was excellent! We had an excellent stay from start to finish!
Super close to Mercedes stadium, State Farm arena and the Georgia convention center. Hotel has been open pass than six months. My room was spacious and comfortable. Had brunch a Zephyr, the restaurant in the hotel. Food was great but service was slow
The staff was great. My only concern was there was no place in the hotel to get snacks, essentials (toothpaste, etc.). The hotel is not in walking distance to other restaurants or stores.
We had such a great stay here! The hotel was super nice and really clean, which is always a big deal for us. The location was perfect, most of the tourist spots were less than a 10-minute walk, so it made everything really easy.
The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time. We checked in pretty late (around 10 PM), and they still took the time to greet my kids with a little gift, which was so thoughtful.
The beds were honestly some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! And the shower was very nice and spacious.
When we left, they gave my daughter the cutest little Phoenix Hotel bear, which was such a sweet touch.
Would definitely stay here again!
Where do I begin. From the moment you arrive you are met with the most amazing staff and service, from them opening your doors to brining your bags to the room. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive. It was my birthday weekend and Management decorated my room and EVEN upgraded my room. I don’t think I can fully explain just how amazing this hotel and its staff are. I will be coming back very soon. If you are in Atlanta this should be your one and only choice for a hotel.
The room is very stylish, boasting bottles of available liquor to be purchased in the space of a more traditional microwave. The shower is second to none and the bathroom is about 40% of the entire room so it feels very luxurious and high end. The staff is phenomenal and the location downtown for events is perfect. However, there are many downsides as well. The 5am construction (on a Saturday morning no less) and the loud train tracks that run right beside the building greatly detract from its close proximity to the MB stadium and State Farm arena. The rooms try desperately to be bougie in every sense of the word: light sensors on both sides of the bed when you get up in the middle of the night that tend to stay on longer than I wanted, a chaise that is stylish but too hard to sit on with no other seats, and sensors in the bathroom that wake you up during a middle of the night bathroom. The room is the smallest I’ve ever stayed in, which I’m sure is why there is nowhere to comfortably sit. If you want style and a very unique stay, it’s beautiful and you’ll want to post pictures on your socials. However, if you prefer comfort, more traditional amenities, and something free for breakfast, look elsewhere.
From the check in at the front desk to the bellmen, the doorman, valet and the room-everything was wonderful.
I had the best breakfast I'd had in years at a hotel where the bacon was crisp and not greasy and the omelet prepared to perfection. There was no cranberry juice available per my request for breakfast neither was there ginger ale available at night.
The room upgrade was an issue even though I'm a member of their reward program I booked through a 3rd party. But lucky for me the very kind gentleman at check in heard my request as a disappointment and went ahead with the room upgrade.
The room was stocked with a great selection of alcoholic beverages and snacks. The bed very comfortable. The only downside was the room was in the back near railroad tracks with trains running until midnight and starting up again around 7am.
Did not try the pool because of the winter weather.
The price was great for an overnight New Year's Day stay.
I look forward to another stay!
The room was clean and everything was as it should be in the rooms… however, a $200 deposit was required at check-in that we were absolutely not told about as well as their valet parking is $65 a night which is steep.
