Very hot when we arrived. Air to 68 didn't move the temp. Called the front desk. They sent an engineer while we were out. They said he fixed it. We came back and room was same temp. Air still on 68. I called again and they sent the engineer up. He explained they couldn't fix it. He brought a fan. The fan didn't help much. Temperature went down to freezing outside - but room was still humid and hit. The view was great, but the temperature in the room was very disappointing. We won't be back. "
