"I believe my rooms that I reserved through Hotel.com were changed. I needed an accessible room for wheelchair with shower. I dont know if this hotel did not have them but I know that I booked accessible when I made reservations. Also one room was supposed to be single suite but it was a double when I got there"

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Chris at the front desk was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The staff I ran into were all pleasant. The hotel is older but it was well-maintained for the most part. The only thing to be mindful of is the local area is not the most walkable friendly - especially not later evening/night - as with any major/populated city but we had a good time!"

"The front desk staff/concierge was excellent! However, housekeeping staff needs to improve with conducting thorough cleaning of the rooms. The carpet in my room was never vacuumed . I stayed from Thursday to Sunday. I inforthe from my desk that I missed housekeeping as I was getting ready when housekeeping was on my floor. The front desk put in a request for housekeeping to return to my room to clean it and place clean towels and washcloths...housekeeping never treturned. When they so call cleaned my room Saturday morning, the floors were not vacuumed, they did not remove the used towels and washcloths...they left the dirty towels on the TV stand. Housekeeping needs to improve their quality of work...it gives the impression that they are lazy."
