"My daughter and I enjoyed every bit of our stay customer service was excellent. The downstairs restaurant amazing . Anything I asked for that completely recognized. This hotel was clean and welcoming every day we were there 4/17 late check in and check out was fast and no problem. They even help with bags to the uber and everything worked out good for our stay. "The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bartender that made my kids a Shirley Temple was friendly."

"The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going to one of the stadiums. "
