Nothing about this hotel was acceptable. We were looking for a room for a night after attending a wedding in the area. We were assigned to room 312. As soon as you enter the lobby the stale unpleasant smell greets you. In the hall way the smell is indescribable. Stink stale. My son thew up soon we entered the door. The room itself was not up to standard. The sink has rusts and cracks. The bath tub was worn out and dirty. The wall next to the bed was stained. We left the room soon after entering could not handle the smell. Expedia should do better. Advertising a hotel as warm and welcoming but instead it the opposite. We left our luggages in the room and slept in our car. Woke up sick with headache and sore throat the next morning Please do not book a room at this hotel. It will ruin your entire vacation. Oh we saw cockroaches when we came back to pick up the luggages from the room. Expedia we are disappointed with you. You have ruined our beautiful vacation.

Staff was lazy, rude and not attentive at all. I had 3 pets prepaid and was not allowed to stay. Went up the road to Braselton and stayed at the Nrat Western and was treated like gold!

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. On arrival we were given a room on the 2nd floor, only to find that there were no pillows on the beds and there was a terrible stench from the room. They had no pillows available so we were assigned to a different room. That room had a leaking toilet, a fridge that wasnt working, and SEVERAL roaches (whch looked like German roaches implying an infestation). Despite breakfast being advertised all they had was lukewarm coffee. I've stayed in several Extended Stay hotels and this was by far the worst one. Do yourself a favor and avoid if you can.

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Extended Stay America Team! I would like to take a moment to recognize and thank the wonderful team at Extended Stay America, especially Gloria, Maria, Tameka, Kofo, Monica, Toyo, Elon, Aruto and Bimwana. I am currently going through a transition in my life, and during times like these, having people around you who are genuinely kind, polite, helpful, and understanding makes such a difference. Each of these employees has shown kindness and professionalism, and I truly appreciate the way they have treated me. Sometimes, it’s the little things—a warm greeting, a helping hand, a kind word, or simply someone showing that they care—that can brighten your day and make a difficult season a little easier. I also want to give a special shout-out to the ladies who work so hard cleaning and maintaining the rooms. Your hard work, dedication, and efforts do not go unnoticed, and you deserve to be recognized and appreciated for everything you do. Life can bring unexpected changes, and while everyone may not understand what someone else is going through, genuine kindness goes a long way. I am grateful to have encountered employees who make an effort to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for their guests. Thank you all for your kindness, patience, hard work, and professionalism. You have made a difference during a time of transition in my life, and I hope management recognizes the value you bring to this establishment. You are all appreciated
