The suite itself was very nice, and I loved the claw foot bathtub! The only potential issue for travellers is the location. I did not realize until I got there that you must climb 2 flights of exterior stairs to get to the room. This may prove challenging to some.

Perfect space for wife and i.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities we could need. Location is great. Fantastic french bakery around the corner. Restaurants and businesses very close. We stayed for the braves games and its not a bad ride to the stadium.

Perfect weekend getaway

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and wanted to take a quick little getaway. This was a perfect little place. Very clean and neat. Exactly like the pictures on the profile.

Braves game

We came for the braves game and booked a week in advance. Our host was quick to reaping and very friendly! The property was so cute and very cleanwe highly recomend!!!! It was close to where we needed and food was close as well!!!

Charming place

I stayed here for a week while taking classes in the area and I was very pleased. I enjoyed the sound of the train, loved the tile in the kitchen and taking a relaxing bath every night. The bed was also very comfortable. The owner was responsive when I reached out with a question or 2 and I very much appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back if I come to the area. Thank you!

The studio was exactly as pictured. Every detail was considered for the customers comfort. Very quiet neighborhood and Marietta is a great small city just outside of Atlanta. Took in sights in both Marietta and Atlanta.

Wonderful stay

This place was adorable and so accessible to Marietta Square! An easy 8-15 minute walk to most places on the Square. I appreciated the little, thoughtful touches around the place, like the make-up towelettes and hygiene products stocked in the bathroom, the stocked coffee and teas in the kitchen. A note for anyone noise sensitive: it is very close to active train tracks, so if noise really bothers you, you might want to bring ear plugs or a sound machine for better sleeping.

Great Solo Trip

My solo stay was overall very comfortable. I had a few hiccups with the booking process and I blame VRBO for their unclear instructions. Once all of booking issue were cleared up, everything else went very smoothly. I appreciated the extra charger plug provided and the ease of being able to Uber wherever I needed to go close by. If you’re traveling solo, this is a great option and safe stay.

Sweet getaway

Beautiful studio, clean and chic. We had everything we could have needed. Toiletries are provided including products for feminine care which I thought was a cool and cute touch! House manager was very responsive and easy to reach. A nice stay and awesome alternative to a hotel. Walking distance from food and fun downtown Marietta! Would definitely recommend!

Nice stay

The room is clean, nice, and comfortable. Be aware it is on the 2nd floor withmetal stairs outside. Also the trains are close and loud all night. For city people this should not be a concern. The owner is a great communicator and very helpful.

Convenient, Tidy, Homey!

We were in town for a friends wedding and were centrally located to other friends hotels, wedding ceremony and reception locations making it super easy for us to get from place to place as out of towners. Space had everything we could need and more. Despite being a studio apartment we found it super spacious. Hosts directions were incredibly clear and helpful. Would recommend!

I just want to say how impressed I was with my stay. From the point-by-point instructions to the moment I walked into the bathroom. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place and come back. The train surprised me but it became just something else to look forward to in my day. Thank you!

Comforting and cozy

Accurate pictures, very, very nice space. A few quirks of an old building (the hot water is coming, it just may take a few minutes). Very nice kitchen, unfortunately there are so many good restaurants nearby that we never used it 😀. So close to the square we could easily have walked if we wanted to. Only recommendation would be some ottomans for the seating area - the tub chairs made us want to put up our feet and relax.

A Comfortable Place in Marietta

I enjoyed staying at this Vrbo. It was super clean and comfortable. It was hot when I visited Marietta. The air conditioner worked well. Each time I returned I was able to cool off. The different areas in the unit were nice. I liked the separate dining area and living room. The bathroom was large and had plenty of towels, etc. The best part for me was it was a 5-min walk to one of my family member’s home. There was a shortcut into their development. They liked that I found a place so close.

Beautiful historic apartment in a cool part of town

Great apartment close to Marietta Market and only about 40 minutes from ATL airport. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet....except for the train that blew it's horn every night. LOL. We actually thought the train added to the ambience of the area and it didn't bother us. Just know that the train blows every night around 2 AM or so. Also, the claw bathtub is gorgeous but not very user friendly for taking a shower. Again, part of the charm but if you are looking for a luxurious, comfortable shower you will be disappointed. Note that the apartment is on the second floor with only stair access. My 88 mother kicks butt and was able to easily navigate the steps but others may not be able to. Just something to keep in mind.

Saving Grace

I came to Marietta to have dental surgery w/Nuvia. After 1.5 months of jumping through hoops for scans, medical clearances, etc. I was excited to drive the 4 hrs. The rental was charming and comfortable. there was natural light, hardwood floors, a smart TV, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi. Everything was included so that I could get my surgery, relax, and recover. Sadly, nuvia canceled my surgery with less than 24 hours notice for non-medical reasons. It was a nightmare. It was stressful. And the saving grace for the hosts and the rental. This was my first time on the app. And it was a fantastic experience. The hosts communicated well. They were quick to respond. and they fixed a small issue on the same day. The morning that I left, they had fixed the water pressure, and I had a long relaxing shower for my drive home. It was the saving grace of what would have otherwise been a nightmare trip. I am so grateful to the hosts. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! If only Nuvia took lessons and customer service from these hosts.
