Very comfortable

stayed here for a 2 week work trip. Everything was clean and very comfortable, host is easy to communicate with and responds in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an extended stay.

The ac worked fine. However you can not control the temperature,no control panel in the room.. Entry was fine. The pictures are on point for checkin but what they don't tell you is the welcome sign is after you actually open the door. There are wide variety of shops and restaurants of many cuisines nearby. The room was clean but the back yard where you enter the property had construction materials as if they had stopped construction on a in ground pool. You could hear workers through the wall doing renovations during some days. But for the most part. It was a very pleasant stay. Its so close to my Work home branch i will book again. Bring your own soap, shampoo and other toiletries and washing powder and dish soap because they don't provide it.

The host was very welcoming. Everything looked just like the pictures. Everything was very clean. I would say the only downside was we could not control the AC so the room was a little hot at night but if you’re looking for a place to rest your head, this is a good place to stay at.

It is quite literally a room in someone’s backyard in a run down neighborhood. Please do your due diligence and read ALL the reviews. I could have prevented losing even more money on my trip. Upon check in, the host sent me photos and steps to access the unit. After viewing these, I realized there is absolutely no way I can stay here. Ended up finding a hotel for near the same price and my OWN space.

Booked this didn’t realize it was a room in someone’s house in the backyard.

Neighborhood is definitely not as expected. Next to a house with junk all in their yard and neighborhood of run down homes. You barely have any room to walk inside what is said to be a studio apartment but is what looked like a master bedroom with stuff crammed in it to make it look like an apartment. You might as well stay in a hotel room with walking space.She said it was a shared driveway if other people have a vehicle there then move yours so that would have been a pain. Should say studio in the ghetto. I asked if this was an actual apartment before arrival and did not get a response on this but figured out last minute when I arrived. I was due for surgery the next day and was out until after ten at night searching for somewhere else to stay. Tried to get atleast a partial refund and of course as to be expected was denied. please don’t rent from this individual and make the same mistake as I did and be out not only the money you paid but out more and time trying to find another place to stay.
