"Great location. Easy walking access to good restaurants and an upscale mall. Easy access to the (MARTA) subway too. It’s directly across the street. Beautiful lobby. Parking is a little pricey ($55 night for valet and $45 self park). The room was very affordable so the parking didn’t sting too much. "

"I have no complaints regarding the hotel itself. It was just my bad luck: I was woken up around six in the morning by a woman screaming. Then, around 9 o'clock, something resembling loud DJ music started playing at a very high volume and continued for about 20 minutes. After that, I couldn't sleep or rest."

"The room was filthy upon arrival and clearly had not been properly cleaned. In addition to the poor condition of the room, the staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating when we brought these issues to their attention. They showed little concern and made no effort to resolve the situation. And they make you park in the regular parking lot and it’s not other place to park. Room smelled like pool water The hotel also advertises a pool, and it was around 75 degrees outside, yet the pool was closed with no prior notice. This was one of the amenities we specifically looked forward to and part of the reason we chose this property. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and unavailable amenities made for a very disappointing stay. I would appreciate management reviewing this situation and addressing it appropriately."
