Got to the hotel at 3am to find out that my multi night stay was cancelled since they assumed thst i was a no show. . To rebook costed my over double the rate i was previously charged on expedia. I have done this routine many times at different hotels with no issue. They exploited the situation."

"The air wasn’t working at all. Just the fan. I looked at the unit and it was coming apart on the right side. No one ever came to clean our room in 5 days. The staff at the front station were scarce in the off hours. "
