"Summary: Anyone reading, pick a different place to stay, not worth the headaches. Plenty of other options :) Front desk person was unwilling to provide towels when requested. He said “I’m checked out”, with a smirk. Another staff member over heard the conversation and had to step in to help. Credit card also got charged twice and it was over charged. Had ended up having to call 3 times to get this fixed and still didn’t help. First time, the manager said he saw the duplicate (and over charged amounts) and credited back the over charge. Next times he all of the sudden “doesn’t see the duplicate charges”. Had to work with credit card company to resolve the issue. "

"The Hotel was immaculate. The room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were very nice. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Location was optimal near shopping, restaurants, and easy access to interstates."

"The lobby in the outside of the hotel look amazing, however, the rooms definitely need some upkeep. The room I stayed in have paint filling on the ceiling, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Furniture was also showing its age. Great location though, right in the middle of Buckhead."

"I only stay here when I'm in town. I feel safe. The room is clean. I have never seen a bug. The shower pressure is amazing and the hot water is hot. There are plenty of channels to watch, the pool is clean, and the people that work there really are kind. The best part is they offer late checkout which I use quite frequently when I am flying. "
