"The staff was amazing. When we first arrived, Kissy at the front desk adjusted our room location and was super friendly. Kayla in the food court went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's dietary needs and she did it with an eager smile. The room was comfortable and clean. The building is older but they are working hard to restore it. I used the fitness center twice while there and the pool once. I would return. "

"We had an apartment with three bedrooms. Very comfortable and clean. The staff and in particular Thembula were very professional, kind and accommodating. Beautiful old hotel.The food at the onsite restaurants was very good. Would stay there again. "

"Everything about this hotel was perfect — the rooms, the décor, the food, and the valet service were all exceptional. The only suggestion I would make is to have additional staff at the check-in desk. I waited a little over 25 minutes because it was very busy and only two clerks were available. Other than that, everything was amazing. The rooms were spotless, and I especially loved the lavender oil, the white tea shower gel and lotion, and the incredibly comfortable bedding."
