"Really ideal spot for visiting Savannah and so close to River Street. The room was beautiful and huge very comfortable bed. Good large breakfast for an included one and the valet was perfect too. Very friendly staff. Only comment I’d add and it’s a really insignificant one is the iron and ironing board in my room specifically were on their last legs- hot iron falling off because the board legs were so wonky. Easy fix to replace them."

"Our breakfasts were served just this side of cold. The room was clean, but dim. Actually the entire hotel lighting was quite dim, but that might just be what Hyatt hotels do. Having no option but to pay a $50 valet fee (plus tip) is rather bad."
