「We loved the layout of 3 bedroom apartment and it was beautifully decorated. I like that the parking was secured and each resident had assigned parking which is included in the rental rate. The only concern that we had is that the centralized trash dump was not picked up and emptied in timely manner . Also, we had some issues in securing the front door lock. 「This apartment was so clean and comfortable. We loved all the beautiful little details like the cabinet knobs. The decor is so cute! We really appreciated the wine gift and loved that you leave a picnic basket for your guests! With all of the close by parks, that's a perfect touch that we've never seen before. 「This is a cute, eclectic, charming place. It is in a very convenient location that is walkable distance to most things/dining in the historic district. My only negative comment would be the old, musty smell when first entering, but I guess that’s to be expected for such an old building. 」
