The location was amazing! Steps from the park and walkable to so many wonderful places. We loved it and having a parking spot was a huge bonus! Rob was a great host and very responsive. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only miss is that it is below grade and that was not clear in the listing or description. Not a deal breaker but we were in the back corner so if we opened the shades people could see in and we looked onto the parking area. We would still stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Location location location. Only one block from the beautiful Forsyth park fountain. On site parking so we left our car there for our entire stay. We felt safe walking everywhere. About a 20-25 minute walk to the river. The accommodations were perfect - clean and welcoming. The property manager even supplied with us with something that we needed within 15 minutes - from his own supply! We will absolutely book this place in the future.
