「Was there for my granddaughters dance competition loved the Convention Center and resort being attached. My biggest complaint is the fact I had to call each day to get cleaning staff to clean room even though I was assured the room would be cleaned daily. On our last full day I came back and forth to the room on several occasions and saw multiple cleaners on floor but our room was never cleaned that day. We had no clean towels and trash cans full. 「Liked the beach view and the beach was great. Outdoor pool was also fantastic. Staff during check in were not as friendly as expected, it took them a while (1.5 hours) to get our daughter a pack and play that was requested with anticipation. Meals were quite expensive and not as great.」

「Everything we needed was provided in the unit. It rained our entire trip, so having some indoor amenities at the property was good. Unit is right in front of the pool, so at times it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from our experience. 」
