「He two check in ladies were so nice .」

「Booked this room online with Expedia . We walked into the room and the there was dead roaches on the floor. Pulled sheets back and there was urine and what looked like blood stains all over the mattress and pad and sheets for that matter. Globs of hair in the drain of the shower and smelled like someone died inside the room. Definitely don’t waste your money」

「Hardly any food at continental breakfast, ice machine didn’t work although employee took me accross the street」

「Property cancelled my reservation for me because when I arrived there was a musty odor and smoke smell in the nonsmoking room. My child has asthma and couldn’t stay. Pool was closed as well. Staff told me I didn’t owe anything and gave me a receipt but Expedia agents have been unable to speak to anyone at the property to confirm this was cancelled and I shouldn’t be charged. The room smelled terrible.」

「This place is absolutely horrible. There were no light switch covers. We had to fight to get out the door because it didn’t want to unlock. There were cigarette burns on the side of the tub. The lamp had cobwebs. If I could give it a -10 I would. Don’t waste your money!」

「No activities, room not clean, no hot water, heater/air-conditioning LOUD」

「Super cool alternative to hotel. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Plenty of room for family of 4. Host was super thoughtful with unexpected amenities. We will definitely book again if travels take us this way.」
