Although the pool was listed as an amenity, it was not available. Should have been noted on the website. No fresh water fountains in operating order. Pretty bad if utilizing gym.No foot bands on functional trainer. Had plenty of hot water in coffee area but NO TEA??? Could understand being out of orange juice for one breakfast but all four nights of our stay?? The Mrs. Requested an extra towel but was refused!! Really?! Staff were the high point. Can’t see us considering The Best Western on future trips.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The room, beds, and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The only downside was that there was no safe in the room. Because of that, I had to carry my cash and credit cards with me instead of being able to store them securely.

The overall stay was good, everything was clean and taken care of as it should have been. My only issue was the jet tub in the room. It was a very dated tub which could definitely but upgraded to a newer one. But aside from that it was fine, the issue was the debris that was in the water after I turned the jets on. Before I use anything like that I’ll fill the tub with water and cycle the jets for a bit and after I did so there were alot of things floating around in the water. So needless to say I didn’t use the tub, which was very disappointing because I paid extra for the room with the jetted tub. I wouldn’t get that particular type of room again unfortunately unless something was done with the tub. At the least take measures to make sure that the tub is completely cleaned out and sanitized.

No fan in bathroom so when you get out of shower its all steamed up no pool the pool was closed 1 reason i wanted to stay cuz it was indoor pool and mowhere close to eat besides wendys or circle k i asked for a discount for no use of pool she said they dont do that so on that note i will not be staying there again

Very outdated rooms and ours smelled of either cigar or cigarettes. The hotel did have older carpet in the hallways that may have caused the odor. The front desk staff was accommodating. Pool was closed and we were not aware until checking in. The breakfast was average. It wasn’t terrible but I would not book again.
