「I had high expectations for a hotel marketed as five star, but my stay was disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, there was no complimentary water and the windows appeared broken, which immediately made the room feel poorly maintained. On day one, the blinds on the roof window broke very easily. I reported it, but they were never repaired. The paint on the walls was also chipping, showing a lack of attention to detail. The bathroom was not properly stocked. There was only one roll...
