Breakfast menu was very limited. Staff was very friendly and location was great. But property needs to upgrades / repairs, everything is falling apart. There is no hanger in the bathroom to hang your things at all.

There was only one problem and it is not the fault of the hotel. There was a night club playing music until 2 or 3am. I could hear it from my room at night while trying to sleep.

Love this hotel. Situated literally 1 block from the Zona Rosa. Great clean cozy rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. I just wish they had a gym but an excellent gym is 1/2 block away.

Everything from the staff to the rooms and around the hotel was perfect. The only bad thing was that we had no TV for almost 5 days. There was a construction near the the hotel and that affected the cable TV. Something out of their control.

You wont get a good nights sleep here.

We’ve been travelling to Bogota for almost 25 years now, never in the 25 years have I ever stayed at a hotel where you could not sleep because the music at the club next door was so loud, the music was so loud it was shaking the glass of water by the bed. It never got ended, they turned the music down at 4 am, when we checked out at 5:30 am you could still hear it, I DO NOT recommend this hotel if you want to get a good nights sleep. At 2:30 am I called the front desk, I was told it would stop at 3am, at 3:00 am I called because the music at the club was still loud, at 4:00 am we decided to wake up pack our bags and go to the airport and try and sleep there. Not very happy at all.

I had an issue where the toilet did not work in my room and the front desk insisted it was the only room available and if I left I would forfeit one night. Subsequently I showed them that Expedia was showing 5 rooms available in the same hotel for overnight but they would not switch rooms. Finally the room was fixed but it left a very bad taste for how the staff treats its guests. If a toilet is broken and other comparable rooms are available just allow switching of rooms
