「Clean hotel friendly staff had to pay for breakfast」

「The rooms are really nice and clean the staff is always available to help with any issues or general questions 」

「Good for what i needed it for. Wasn't in town on vacation or leisure. Just move to Jacksonville and I was waiting for my apartment to be ready. Great front desk ppl. Air conditioning worked immaculately. And I parked right in front of my door so I could see my fully packed car at all times, which was great. Only thing I would suggest is adding some grass for the kiddies to play. They are playing in front of other ppls doors and in the street sometimes. But that was around the building so it...

「Rooms were clean except for the bed sheets had stains on them which wasn’t appealing to have to sleep on. The staff were very helpful and friendly with easy check in. No coffee out front for guests or in the rooms so be prepared to have to go out to get some in the morning. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. I would stay here again if I needed to.」

「The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. When we first entered the room we did notice it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned very well or it had been a while since guests had stayed in that room. The carpet needed vacuuming and the bathroom needed some cleaning also. More Handicapped parking spots would definitely be a plus. The amenities were great. And the 24 hour coffee in the lobby was a very big plus. Besides the room needing some cleaning and the parking everything was great.」

The check out was very smooth and no trouble at all. There are reserved parking lots for priority people which is also good idea. Overall, I stayed this hotel with my satisfaction. 「A very tired and old hotel. They had builders working in the room next door while we were trying to sleep. Ok for a 1 night sleepover, but I doubt I’ll ever go back. The breakfast was not very good - cheap and nasty. The staff were nice.」

「Only coffee and juice were offered complimentary at breakfast. Our room’s blinds were broken. We had zero natural light. Our tub did not drain, ankle deep in soap water within minutes. Bottled water in the room cost $3 unless a certain Hilton member level. Discussed blind and shower concern with staff, requested a call from management which I didn’t receive. Will return to Hampton Inn (one parking lot over) next time. Big difference within same Hilton brand.」

「This property is completely unsanitary. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re met with old mattresses stacked against the wall and clutter everywhere. I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs. I returned to the front desk to request a different room, but the second one, Room 105, was even worse. There were dead roaches on the floor and in the shower, the mini...

「Room was clean, one of the queen beds sheets did have a stain along with one of the pillow cases. One pillow was well past it's life and probably was due to be replaced. Overall the room was very clean and the hotel had a great bistro with very friendly and helpful staff.」
