「The stay was at a beautiful new home. Great host. Location close to Interstate 70. I had everything I needed. Took in the sights in DC via the Greenline Metro. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Only bathroom was on 2nd floor so lots of stair climbing which was not ideal for us. Water pressure in bathroom sink was almost non existent but shower was ok. Bed mattress was very high which made getting in the bed difficult for shorter people. Kitchen did not appear to have any heat in it but based on time of year this was a not a big problem. House did have a gas odor I assume from the fireplace which we never did use」

「We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Everything was well stocked and very clean. It was evident that Amanda worked hard to make sure her guests had everything they needed for an enjoyable stay. We had a great time making s'mores with our grandchildren by the firepit one night. The cabin has a rustic feel with all the modern amenities. It is a great little gem!」

「Very clean property. The house was nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. All the items provided were of good quality- good coffee, soft towels, bamboo toilet paper to name a few. There was even a bag of Otterbein’s chocolate chip cookies! A nice touch! The property is about 25 minutes away from Gettysburg, PA.」

「It’s a very beautiful and well-kept house that’s extremely spacious and can accommodate many guests. The decor in all of the rooms were an amazing touch that made it feel so much cozier. We had a great time and made many memories in the whole house, but especially the kitchen. We spent a lot of late nights sitting and talking in there. It really did feel like a home away from home, we were so comfortable there. I would absolutely stay again in the future.」

「Clean house with a great location. We spent all of our free time on the wrap around porch. Gina was a wonderful host and returned messages very promptly. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.」

「We had a great time. It is an older house but wonderful. It is in the country with lots of green fields surrounding it. The porch with the rockers was my favorite place to be when we weren’t site seeing, It was so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Jacuzzi needs service unusable.Wasnt sure what room to use upon arrival.Microwave in kitchen didnt work either.Other than that ver nice property. Sauna was nice, theater room was pleasant. Bedrrom was spacious. Overall pleased.」

「This is such a cool place with all the historical elements, not to mention the historic property itself.The house was clean and tidy, we had all the amenities we needed and Mike is an amazing host who was very responsive, communicative and a wealth of knowledge.If you enjoy old buildings/houses and history and happen to need to stay in or near Taneytown, make it your destination. You won't regret it」

「This is a perfect little getaway for 2-4 people. We stayed here for my nephews wedding. We had a couple of small glitches that were addressed quickly and fairly by the homeowner. If you go in the winter, the bedroom is extremely cold so make sure the portable heater is available before going to bed for the night. The owner will provide it for you.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful and peaceful farm with lots of space to roam and beautiful scenery. Add in the beautiful horses and birds. It was a wonderful experience for all ages. The property is also located. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping , so it was just amazing.」
